Job Role / Duties

Process sales orders through to dispatch
Process purchase orders through to payment
Analyse sales performance
Analyse purchasing history
Perform monthly stock audits
Stock analysis
Assist with business administrations across Finance, Sales, Marketing, Logistics & Customer service
Collate data and interpret for business reporting using MS Excel
Ensure FD & SMT are appraised of any issues relating to data discrepancies
Keep client CRM updated

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process sales orders through to dispatch

Requirements:

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Administration Coordinator. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our business operations. You will work closely with our finance, sales, marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure the smooth running of our business. You will be responsible for processing sales orders, purchase orders, and performing monthly stock audits. You will also be responsible for collating data and interpreting it for business reporting using MS Excel.
