Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Conveyancing Support Specialist to join our team at ACS Recruitment Solutions. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Conveyancing Solicitors, enabling them to operate efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing correspondence using our case management system.
  • Attending to clients both on the telephone and in person.
  • Administering filing systems, including daily filing and the opening, closing, storage, and retrieval of client files.
  • Preparing mail and enclosures for dispatch.
  • Arranging the scanning and photocopying of paperwork.
  • Carrying out other duties and responsibilities as required.
About the Role:

To be a successful candidate for this role, you must have excellent knowledge and experience within Residential Conveyancing. You should be able to demonstrate initiative and undertake searches, ID checks, and other work on files without dictation. High levels of speed and accuracy are also essential. A good telephone manner and the ability to speak with clients both on the telephone and in person are also required.
