Job Summary:
We are seeking an Apprentice Software Support Specialist to join our team at Capita. As a key member of our software support team, you will provide exceptional support to our clients, ensuring they receive the best possible experience with our educational software.
About the Role:
As an Apprentice Software Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Providing support to our extensive client base for our educational software (SIMS/Arbor).
- Ensuring own knowledge is informed and up-to-date, and ensuring documentation, processes, and internal staff training are current.
- Maintaining an awareness of the services, Local Authority or Department of Education developments and relevant legislation, and advising customers (and/or partners) accordingly.

- A passion for IT and a desire to start a career in this area.
- A willingness to learn and develop your skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
