About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Support Officer to join our team at Active Care Group Recruitment. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing high-quality administrative support, with a strong focus on customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our managers and staff.
  • Assist with the recruitment process, liaising with the Talent Acquisition Partner.
  • Under the guidance of the Hospital Director, arrange staff meetings on an individual or group basis in accordance with company policy.
Requirements
  • CIPD Level 3 or above.
  • Ability to be flexible in communication style depending on the audience and subject.
  • At all times, treat everyone with dignity and respect, valuing and respecting patients and staff as individuals.
