Job Overview

In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will work closely with clients to understand their mental health needs and develop personalized therapy plans. Your key responsibilities will include:

Main Duties
  • To work flexibly to meet service needs within core hours of 9-5, Monday to Friday, and extended hours of 8am-8pm, including Saturday mornings.
  • To conduct thorough assessments of client needs and develop tailored therapy plans.
  • To deliver one-to-one and group therapy sessions, promoting client engagement and participation.
  • To maintain accurate records of client progress and outcomes.
  • To contribute to the development of new initiatives and projects within the service.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A degree in Psychology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Registration/working towards registration with the BABCP or BPS.
  • Experience working in a mental health setting, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
