Compensation and Benefits Package: The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus and student loan repayment opportunities. Our benefits package includes PTO, continuing education allowance, health insurance, and 401K with company match.

Responsibilities and Requirements: As a Physical Therapist at ProFlex Physical Therapy, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients, collaborating with medical providers, and participating in marketing efforts. A Physical Therapy License is mandatory, with CPR certification preferred. You must be driven by patient outcomes, willing to grow professionally and personally, and possess excellent communication skills.

Flexible Scheduling: Available schedule options include 4 or 5 days, 8 or 10 hour shifts, with no weekends required. This position offers a great work-life balance and opportunities for professional growth.
