About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist to join our experienced Hand team at UHNM, providing care to patients post-surgical and following trauma or burns of their hand. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work within a progressive University Hospital with strong links with Keele University and supervising students and apprentices from both Coventry and Derby Universities.

The post will involve delivering outpatient rehabilitative care and involvement in the Hand Fracture clinics at UHNM across both sites. Supervision will be provided within the hands team by Occupational and Physiotherapist Advanced therapists, Principal Therapists, and continuous development is supported through appraisal, internal training, and external learning.

The successful candidate will have the exciting opportunity to work alongside hand specialist consultants with a newly opened hand theatre at County site. Our therapies team provides services over weekends and bank holidays.
