Clinical Lead Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our team at the Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. This exciting opportunity is perfect for individuals who want to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, delivering high-quality care to patients with complex physical and mental health needs.
About the RoleAs an Advanced Clinical Practitioner, you will be working on Ellesmere ward, a low secure male ward providing care to service users with learning disabilities, mental health issues, and neurodivergence. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, working collaboratively with senior clinical leads and other ACPs to develop advanced clinical practice across the service.
Main Responsibilities- Deliver high standards of safe and quality care to patients with complex needs.
- Work autonomously, utilizing advanced knowledge, skills, and expertise in assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of physical health and mental health conditions.
- Develop and implement clinical pathways and intervention plans.
- MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice or willingness to work towards this award.
- Postgraduate qualification in NMP and Advanced Health Assessment.
- Relevant Master level qualification in Advanced Clinical Practice or willing to work towards this as a TACP.
- Experience in teaching/clinically supervising junior staff.
- A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
