Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our team at the Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. About the Role

As an Advanced Clinical Practitioner, you will be working on Ellesmere ward, a low secure male ward providing care to service users with learning disabilities, mental health issues, and neurodivergence. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, working collaboratively with senior clinical leads and other ACPs to develop advanced clinical practice across the service.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver high standards of safe and quality care to patients with complex needs.
  • Work autonomously, utilizing advanced knowledge, skills, and expertise in assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of physical health and mental health conditions.
  • Develop and implement clinical pathways and intervention plans.
Requirements
  • MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice or willingness to work towards this award.
  • Postgraduate qualification in NMP and Advanced Health Assessment.
  • Relevant Master level qualification in Advanced Clinical Practice or willing to work towards this as a TACP.
  • Experience in teaching/clinically supervising junior staff.
