Clinical Lead Position

As a skilled and dedicated Clinical Lead, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with learning disabilities in South Staffordshire. This challenging yet rewarding position offers the opportunity to develop high-quality local services and create capable environments for individuals with learning disabilities.
You will work closely with your multidisciplinary team (MDT) colleagues to support a defined caseload of adults who may be at risk of placement breakdown, including those transitioning from children's services or specialist inpatient services. Your expertise in implementing Positive Behavioural Support will be crucial in achieving positive life outcomes for these individuals.
As an experienced RNLD or suitably qualified nurse, you will have a strong understanding of current trends and legislation impacting services provided to people with learning disabilities. You will also possess knowledge of the Transforming Care agenda and relevant processes such as DSR, C(E)TR, and LAEP.
This full-time position comes with a competitive salary of £43,141 - £70,305 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, you will receive specialist clinical training and updates, regular supervision, and professional leadership. A full UK driving licence and car are advantageous due to the travel requirements of this role.
