Job Summary

We are currently seeking a Clinical Lead in Inpatient Services to join our multidisciplinary team at Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a senior mental health professional, you will be responsible for guiding and delivering therapeutic interventions, in accordance with an agreed care plan.

The ideal candidate will have evidence of extensive post-registration experience of working with older adults experiencing mental health-related difficulties and demonstrate expertise in assessing, planning, co-ordinating and managing people with mental health problems in a community setting.

We offer a competitive salary of £34,893 - £41,787 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits including a generous NHS Pension scheme, flexible working options, and extensive Health and Wellbeing support resources.
