**Salary & Benefits:

  • $38,500 - $41,500 per annum (basic salary)
  • + 5% retention bonus, rising to 10% quality & retention bonus
  • $45,650 OTE (on-target earnings)
  • 25 days' holiday per annum, increasing to 27 days with service
Job Description

As a Clinical Evaluator, you will assess claimants for the Government's disability allowance (PIP), providing unbiased and comprehensive evaluations. Your personalized approach will ensure a safe, empathetic, and inclusive service for each individual.

The successful candidate will have autonomy to manage cases from end-to-end, including face-to-face and virtual assessments, telephone assessments, initial review calls, and paper-based reports. You will be responsible for managing caseloads and delivering high-quality services.

You will assess a wide range of health conditions and disabilities, including physical, sensory, mental, intellectual, and cognitive impairments. Regular breaks, CPD opportunities, audit amendments, and team meetings are built into your working schedule.
