Job Description:

This part-time Practice Nurse role offers a unique opportunity to expand skills in Holmcroft Surgery on a 25-hour per week basis, working within the Primary Care Directorate to expand services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To assess patients' care needs and develop, implement, and evaluate care programs.
  • To administer injections, initiate venepuncture, and manage nurse-led clinics, including travel and childhood immunisations, diabetic and asthma clinics.
  • To contribute to CQC compliance and take responsibility for delegated patient care.
