Nursing Associate Role Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and enthusiastic Registered Nursing Associate to join our team in Greyfriars Therapy Centre, Stafford.

As a Registered Nursing Associate, you will utilize your breadth of knowledge and skills to provide holistic and person-centered care and support for people over 18 who require nursing care within their own homes.

You will work independently under the leadership of registered nurses or other registered professionals, providing nursing care and delivering all aspects of the nursing process as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

About the Role:

  • Deliver high-quality clinical care to patients within their own homes
  • Undertake routine care and treatment tasks for patients in our care as directed by the registered nurse within the Community Nursing Team
  • Treat patients with healthcare needs, including continence and catheter care, wound care and pack, compression bandaging, medication administration, and venepuncture

  • Salary sacrifice car - fully insured and maintained (including tyres), your gross pay is reduced by the cost of the vehicle before tax, NI, and pension deductions are calculated, mileage paid at business rates
