About the Role

We are committed to delivering exceptional care services to adults, children, and young people with varying conditions, including spinal injuries, neurological injuries, acquired brain injuries, trauma, epilepsy, learning disabilities, and genetic disorders. As a Community Care Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing and reviewing individual care packages, providing practical training to care workers, and conducting clinical supervisions and instructions using your expert knowledge.

What You'll Be Doing

You will work closely with our healthcare workers at the point of care, which may include home, school, community, and day centres. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and compassion. You will have the opportunity to use your clinical expertise to interact with various stakeholders, including ICBs, Case Management, Social Services, private and NHS hospitals, nursing homes, and learning disability establishments.

Your Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you must be a Registered Nurse with experience in ICU/HDU or complex care. You should be self-motivated, enthusiastic, caring, empathetic, and compassionate. A driving licence is also required for this position.

Salary and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary up to £43,940, with opportunities for career growth and professional development. You will enjoy a good work-life balance, working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with no weekend or bank holiday shifts.
