The General Medical Unit on 3 West is a fast-paced environment that requires strong communication and critical thinking skills. As an entry-level nurse, you'll have the opportunity to work with complex patients and develop your expertise in renal, neurology, infectious disease, and psychiatric care.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and coordinate patient care, including oversight of licensed and unlicensed personnel.
  • Coordinate patient care, including patient/family teaching and discharge planning.
  • Communicate and coordinate the plan of care with other health care team members.
  • Participate in performance improvement and quality improvement activities.

Salary Information:

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program with no experience as a Registered Nurse.
