Job Title: Complex Care Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Complex Care Assistant to join our team at Prestige Nursing & Care Staffordshire. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients and their families.



The client we support suffers from a condition called RDEB, (Epidermolysis Bullosa), and requires care that is tailored to their specific needs. As a Complex Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to this individual, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being at all times.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Providing personal care and support to the client, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Assisting with medication management and administration
  • Preparing healthy meals and snacks
  • Accompanying the client on outings and activities
  • Maintaining a safe and clean environment for the client


What We Offer:


  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.82 - 14.98
  • A weekly pay schedule
  • Flexible shift patterns, including 10:00 - 14:00 and 16:30 - 19:00
