Nurse Consultant Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Nurse Consultant to join our team at Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a Nurse Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting our Integrated Complex Assessment Team, working closely with service users, relatives, and multi-disciplinary teams to establish their needs and funding requirements for discharge.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, prioritization, and time management skills. They will also possess a strong understanding of Care Plans and Professionals, as well as the ability to gather information efficiently.

The estimated salary for this role is £46,249 - £56,951 per annum, based on experience.
