Part Time Healthcare Professional

Job Title:
A part-time Practice Nurse opportunity has arisen within the Primary Care Directorate, expanding services and presenting a chance to develop skills in Holmcroft Surgery on a 25-hour per week basis.
Main Responsibilities:
- To assess patients' care needs, develop, implement, and evaluate care programs.
- To carry out relevant care tasks, adhering to legal requirements and statutory rules.
- To take responsibility for delegated patient care.
About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for assessing patients upon initial contact, devising treatment or referral plans, administering injections, and initiating venepuncture. You will also manage nurse-led clinics, including travel and childhood immunisations, diabetic and asthma clinics, HRT and contraceptive counselling, Coronary Heart Disease clinics, Smoking Cessation clinics, COPD clinics, and contribute to CQC compliance.
Requirements:
- NMC registration.
- Experience in relevant areas.

£37,338 - £44,962 per annum pro rata, dependent on experience.
