As a Substance Misuse Nurse, you will be working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to develop individualised packages of care for patients. You will deliver clinical and psychosocial interventions in both group and one-on-one settings, prioritising patient care and recovery planning. Your responsibilities will include comprehensive assessments, initiating and reviewing individual recovery plans, and confidently communicating treatment options to service users.
