Clinical Lead in Paediatric Rehabilitation

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced physiotherapist to join our paediatric physiotherapy team in Staffordshire. As a Clinical Lead in Paediatric Rehabilitation, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills while providing clinical expertise to children and young people with neurological, developmental, and musculoskeletal conditions.
This role offers a challenging and rewarding experience, working closely with colleagues in other disciplines to provide a comprehensive approach to care. You will have specialist knowledge and experience in one field of Paediatric Physiotherapy and will be responsible for managing a mixed caseload of patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- To lead and manage a team of physiotherapists, providing clinical guidance and support to ensure high-quality care.
- To develop and implement clinical policies and procedures that promote best practice in paediatric physiotherapy.
- To work closely with colleagues in other disciplines to provide a child-centred, holistic approach to care.
- To manage a mixed caseload of patients, including those with complex needs.
- To provide clinical education and training to students and junior staff members.
