Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Behaviour Change Specialist to join our team in Stafford. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering tailored interventions and support to perpetrators of domestic abuse.

Key Requirements

  • Experience in behaviour change or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible and able to work evenings and weekends as needed

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, plus benefits including flexible working options, pension, and access to our financial wellbeing hub.
