Independent Visiting Volunteer

We are seeking passionate and reliable individuals to support young people in care, making a positive impact on their lives.

  • A long-term commitment of 1-2 years is required to provide regular support.
Key Responsibilities:

Become an Independent Visitor and make a difference in the life of a child or young person.

You will decide activities with your match, which could include going to the cinema, playing football, or simply spending time together.

No prior experience working with children is necessary; full training and support are provided.

We have several young people waiting for a volunteer, including Brad (13), who would enjoy having fun and socializing with someone his age.

This role involves volunteering mainly at weekends and after school hours. A Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check is required for this position.

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
