We are seeking a Behaviour Change Specialist to join our team. This role will involve contacting perpetrators of domestic abuse, assessing their level of risk and motivation for behaviour change, facilitating group-based programmes, and delivering 1-2-1 support and tailored interventions. The post holder will work with a team of practitioners, managed by a Senior Behaviour Change Caseworker.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine belief in behaviour change, personal resilience, good communication and interpersonal skills, and a good understanding of domestic abuse and its impact on victims and families. They will also be comfortable working in a flexible environment, potentially including early evening and weekend delivery, potentially on a rota basis.

This is a full-time position based in Stafford but will require flexibility to work across Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent. We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including flexible working options, pension, sick pay allowances, maternity and paternity payments, and access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
