Job Title: Therapy Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Therapy Specialist to join our team at Kansas Behavior Supports.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with children and individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities, making a real impact on their lives.

About the Role:
  • As a Therapy Specialist, you will lead therapy sessions, teaching new skills and addressing behaviors using hands-on ABA techniques.
  • You will track and analyze progress, taking detailed data during every session, documenting changes in behavior, and collecting information that directly impacts each client's treatment plan.
Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the BCBA and other team members to share updates, discuss strategies, and participate in meetings to review progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Develop and implement customized strategies to meet each client's unique needs, adapting quickly to changes and maintaining a positive attitude.
