Job Opportunity: Healthcare Specialist

We are seeking a healthcare specialist to join our team as a Clinical Assessor.

In this exciting role, you will be utilizing your nursing, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, or paramedical skills to assess the full range of health conditions and disabilities affecting claimants.

As a Clinical Assessor, you will deliver comprehensive and unbiased assessments for the Government's disability allowance (PIP) whilst ensuring a personalized, inclusive, safe, and empathetic service for the service user.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive and unbiased assessments for the Government's disability allowance (PIP) whilst ensuring a personalized, inclusive, safe, and empathetic service for the service user.
  • Assess the full range of health conditions and disabilities affecting claimants, including physical, sensory, mental, intellectual, and cognitive impairments.

What We Offer:

  • Basic salary: £38,500 - £41,500 per annum
  • Rising to 10% quality & retention bonus
  • OTE: £45,650 per annum
  • Hybrid Full time, Part time working hours available
  • Training options: 12 weeks (full time), 14 weeks (4 days per week) & 17 weeks (3 days per week)
  • 25 days Holidays per annum, rising to 27 days with service

Requirements: Qualified Nurse, Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Paramedic with 1+ years post-qualification experience. Valid registration on NMC or HCPC without restrictions. Excellent communication skills and strong IT literacy.
