Overview of the Job:

The RN First Assistant will be responsible for supporting surgeons during operations, maintaining a safe perioperative environment, and contributing to the overall success of the operating room team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and surgical procedures, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Annual Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Support the surgeon in preparing patients for procedures and maintaining a safe environment.
  2. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care.
  3. Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices and technologies.
  4. Contribute to the success of the operating room team through effective communication and teamwork.
