Domestic Abuse Risk Assessor

This role will contact consenting perpetrators of domestic abuse to assess their level of risk and motivation for behaviour change. The post holder will facilitate group-based programmes, both online and in person, and deliver 1-2-1 support and tailored interventions.
Working with a team of adult practitioners, managed by a Senior Behaviour Change Caseworker, this role will require out of hours and weekend working, estimated at two evenings per week, or as dictated by the service's business needs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Contact consenting perpetrators of domestic abuse to assess risk and motivation for behaviour change
- Facilitate group-based programmes, both online and in person
- Deliver 1-2-1 support and tailored interventions

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
