SEMHA Job Description

Protocol Education Ltd is seeking a qualified SEMHA (Social, Emotional, Mental Health) practitioner to join our team at a Stafford-based Primary School. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other professionals to provide tailored support to students with SEMH needs.

The SEMHA practitioner will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to manage challenging behaviour, enhancing learning experiences, and demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of SEMH and SEND.

  • Develop and implement behaviour management plans
  • Work collaboratively with teachers to create a positive learning environment
  • Contribute to the development of SEND policies and procedures

A salary of £38,000 - £42,000 per annum is offered for this role, depending on experience. Benefits include on-site parking and access to in-house training opportunities.
