Key Responsibilities:
- Provide effective administrative support to the Transport department, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Maintain accurate records for agency drivers, process invoices using SAP, and keep track of agencies' terms and conditions.
- Monitor and update the WTD system, ensuring data is up to date and accurate.
- Prepare and provide daily reports to the Transport department regarding tachograph information.
- Manage fuel deliveries, maintain the fuel monitoring system, and perform other formal and legal duties as required.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent administration skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Desirable: experience working in an FMCG environment.
The salary for this position is approximately £27,500 - £32,000 per year, based on experience.
