Assistant Project Manager - An Opportunity to Grow with Our Staffordshire Engineering Business

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our team in Staffordshire. As a key member of the engineering team, you will assist in the planning and implementation of projects, coordinate project tasks, and ensure timely delivery of projects.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also possess good MS Excel skills, as well as knowledge of NEC4, which would be beneficial.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with project stakeholders concerning project details and deliverables
  • Assisting in the planning and implementation of projects
  • Coordinating and managing project tasks and deliverables
  • Data analysis
  • Conducting administrative duties, such as setting up meetings, drafting invoices and drawing estimates
  • Tracking and reporting project progress
  • Drafting Weekly Status Reports and Minutes of Project Meetings
  • Coordinating project financials

Requirements:

  • Good MS Excel skills
  • Knowledge of NEC4 desirable
  • British passport holder and have lived in the UK for at least the last 5 years
  • Qualified to at least Degree level
