Business Operations Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our Out of Hours Service as a Team Administrator. The successful candidate will provide essential support to the operational manager and leads, ensuring the smooth operation of the service.
Main Responsibilities
As a Team Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Providing a central point of contact for queries and resolving issues on behalf of the General Manager and Operational Managers/Leads.
- Planning and coordinating monthly rotas for clinical staff, ensuring appropriate bank cover is obtained where required.
- Attending internal and external meetings, taking minutes, and distributing using appropriate systems.
- Processing staff change forms, data amendment forms, and termination forms.
- Liaising with Corporate/Support Services to obtain data and performance reports.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- NVQ Level 3 Business Administration (or equivalent level of experience or education).
- Significant experience in administration duties, including call handling and customer service.
