Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our Out of Hours Service as a Team Administrator. The successful candidate will provide essential support to the operational manager and leads, ensuring the smooth operation of the service.

Main Responsibilities

As a Team Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing a central point of contact for queries and resolving issues on behalf of the General Manager and Operational Managers/Leads.
  • Planning and coordinating monthly rotas for clinical staff, ensuring appropriate bank cover is obtained where required.
  • Attending internal and external meetings, taking minutes, and distributing using appropriate systems.
  • Processing staff change forms, data amendment forms, and termination forms.
  • Liaising with Corporate/Support Services to obtain data and performance reports.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • NVQ Level 3 Business Administration (or equivalent level of experience or education).
  • Significant experience in administration duties, including call handling and customer service.
