**About Us**

Victim Support (VS) is an independent charity that provides specialist services to individuals affected by crime across England and Wales.

This role is based in Stafford, co-located with Justice Services at Staffordshire Police Headquarters.

You will be working with adult victims and offenders, delivering interventions in person, individually or as part of a group, assessing risk and needs at all times, ensuring the safe delivery of service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver quality casework, such as facilitated conferences, 1-2-1 support, and tailored interventions.
  • Train and educate key partners in identifying opportunities for Restorative Justice.
  • Work alongside the victim service to co-ordinate delivery of services.
