  • NPI Risk Analysis: Conduct risk assessments for new product introductions (NPI) with outsourced products, collaborating closely with the NPI leader.
  • Product Qualification: Oversee product qualification at supplier premises, adhering strictly to our clients' processes and tools.
  • Manufacturability Assurance: Ensure manufacturability of our clients' Design products at supplier sites in coordination with execution engineering and sourcing teams.
  • NCR Governance: Review and govern Supplier Non-Conformance Reports (NCR).
  • SCP Development: Support the development of Supplier Control Plans (SCPs) through the application of Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
  • Supplier Quality Tools Deployment: Implement Supplier Quality tools to enhance supplier development.
  • PSI Coordination: Provide support in coordinating Production Supplier Inspection (PSI) with sourcing and procurement.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor supplier performance, identify deteriorating trends, and implement action plans in collaboration with sourcing to drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven track record in developing supplier capabilities and enhancing performance.
  • Expertise: Proficiency in prevention tools, including FMEA, Process Capability, R&R, and 8D methodologies.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with manufacturing processes for transformer commodities, including fabrications, electrical steel, winding copper, and insulation.
  • Certification: Certified Lead Auditor.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is advantageous.

  • Friday 8am – 3.30pm
  • Overtime available
  • LTD £40 - UBR £39 - PAYE £32 per hour
