We are looking for a talented Quality Assurance and Project Delivery Specialist to join our team at GE Grid Solutions. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our projects, while also driving business growth and innovation.

About the Role:

  • You will have a proven track record of leading quality assurance teams and delivering high-quality results in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong influencing and communication skills, with the ability to drive action and influence small teams of people within the project delivery life cycle.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including project management, engineering, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Develop and implement quality plans, audits, and reporting processes to ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and other relevant standards.
