Chief Quality Assurance Manager

Infinity Employment is seeking a highly skilled Chief Quality Assurance Manager to work on behalf of our industry-leading client, specialising in providing engineering solutions to various sectors. This contract will be based in Staffordshire for 3 months, highly likely to be extended to 6 months.
The ideal candidate must have aerospace experience or a power systems engineering background and possess excellent leadership skills. The successful applicant will be responsible for conducting risk analysis for new product introductions (NPI) with outsourced products, collaborating with the NPI leader.
Key responsibilities include:
- NPI Risk Analysis: Conduct risk analysis for new product introductions (NPI) with outsourced products, collaborating with the NPI leader.
- Supplier Quality Tools Deployment: Implement Supplier Quality tools to enhance supplier development.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor supplier performance, identify deteriorating trends, and implement action plans in collaboration with sourcing to drive continuous improvement.
