As a Personal Tutor, you will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment, building strong relationships with students, and helping them to develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with colleagues across the college, sharing best practices and collaborating on initiatives to improve student outcomes. You will also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

We offer a competitive salary of £16,055 - £17,541 per annum (pro rata), depending on experience. If you are a motivated and dedicated individual who is passionate about education, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment to students
  • To set and meet targets for student progress and achievement
  • To build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant subject area
  • Experience of teaching or mentoring in a post-compulsory education setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
