We are supporting a popular and successful academy in South Staffordshire are recruiting for an MFL teacher to join their dynamic team. They are hoping to recruit someone to start in January 2025.

The school have developed some of the best results for GCSE, BTEC and A Level.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality French education to students, fostering a love for the subject, and facilitating their academic and personal development.

Start Date: As soon as possible

Timetable: Full time preferable

Subject: French and Spanish

Key Stage: 3&4

Duration: Spring Term initially, possibly the summer. Scope for a permanent role for right candidate

LEA: Staffordshire

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in French, Spanish, Education, or a related field (PGCE or QTS preferred).

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Experience in teaching up to GCSE essential

* Ability to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment.

* Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate and inspire students

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that facilitate active learning experiences.

* Instruct and monitor students in the use of learning materials and equipment.

* Maintain discipline in accordance with the rules and disciplinary systems of the school.

* Apply appropriate disciplinary measures where necessary.
