Job Summary:
Concept Human Solutions is seeking an HR Administrator to support the HR Team in all aspects of the employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit. This is a nine-month fixed contract role.
About the Role:
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, ensuring an efficient HR process.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Manage employee data, benefits, and performance management systems.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Develop and implement HR processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
- Experience providing administrative support to a HR team.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Previous experience in a role that requires high attention to detail with a strong emphasis on accuracy.
- Ability to maintain standards of strict confidentiality.
- Experience using Sage HR (desirable).
- Recruitment experience.
