Crone Corkill is seeking a dedicated professional to join our European HR Shared Services Team within a leading global technology organization. This position offers a hybrid working model, allowing for flexibility with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and issuing offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Assisting with HR administrative and operational tasks for the UK and Ireland, including:
    - Creating contracts, amendments, and various HR documents.
    - Maintaining both physical and digital employee records in the HR system.
    - Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires in the UK and Ireland.
    - Supporting employees with HR documentation, coordinating the preparation of documents, obtaining signatures, and ensuring proper archiving.
  • Collaborating with payroll and benefits providers to assist with administration and enrollment processes.
  • Providing support for HR administrative tasks across EMEA countries.
  • Addressing employee inquiries related to HRSS processes and policies.
  • Gaining initial experience in HR operations or shared service models within EMEA HR Shared Services or similar HR environments, offering direct support to employees and management.
  • Possessing HR or commercial vocational training is essential; a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, or a related field is preferred.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong understanding and experience in HR Operations/Administration within the UK and Ireland, including knowledge of relevant legislation and requirements.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as familiarity with HR systems, preferably Success Factors and/or Workday.
  • Previous experience with ticketing systems is advantageous.
