HR Operations Specialist

Crone Corkill is seeking a skilled HR Operations Specialist to join our European HRSS Team in a hybrid working model. The successful candidate will work 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Generate offer letters and contracts for the European HRSS Team.
- Support with HR administration and operations processes in the UK and Ireland, including:
- Creating contracts, amendments, letters, and other HR documents.
- Maintaining physical and electronic employee files and master data in the HR system.
- Supporting with onboarding in the UK and Ireland.
- Supporting employees with HR documents, coordination of preparing documents, collecting signatures, and providing them to employees and archiving them.
- Collaborate with Payroll, benefits providers, and support with administration and benefits enrolment.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
- Good knowledge of and experience with HR Operations/Administration in the UK and Ireland, UK and Ireland legislation/requirements is essential.
- Knowledge of and experience with MS Office (mainly Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR systems, preferably Success Factors and/or Workday is required.
- Previous experience with ticketing systems is an advantage.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Support with HR administration tasks for the supported EMEA countries.
- Respond to employee queries related to HRSS processes and HR policies.
- First experience in HR operations or shared service model within EMEA region HR Shared Services organizations or in an HR environment capacity, providing direct support to front-line employees and people leaders would be an advantage.
- HR or Commercial vocational training is required, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Behaviour, or related field would be an advantage.
