**HR Operations Specialist (UK&I) - Contract Position - Hybrid Work Model - Inside IR35 - Competitive Rate**
We are seeking an HR Operations Specialist to join the Damia Group on a contractual basis. This role is designed to support our client, a leader in Information Management, in effectively managing human resources operations across the UK and Ireland.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist with HR administrative and operational tasks for the UK and Ireland regions.
- Draft and manage employment contracts, amendments, and other essential HR documentation.
- Ensure the maintenance of both physical and digital employee records within the HR management system.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires in the UK and Ireland.
- Provide support to employees regarding HR documentation, including the preparation, collection of signatures, and archiving of necessary paperwork.
- Collaborate with payroll and benefits providers to assist with administrative tasks and benefits enrollment.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong understanding and experience in HR Operations and Administration within the UK and Ireland, including relevant legislation and requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook) and HR management systems, preferably SuccessFactors and/or Workday.
- Experience with ticketing systems is advantageous.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
