**Job Summary**

Reqiva is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR and Office Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, supporting our team members, and acting as an Executive Assistant to our management.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage the administrative functions of the office, including travel arrangements, event planning, and facilities management.
  • Provide HR support, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and benefits administration.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve office efficiency and productivity.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including management and team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR and office management.

**Requirements:**

  • 5+ years of experience in office management and HR.
  • Strong experience with Excel and Microsoft Office packages.
  • Experience with travel booking and event planning.
