About the Role:
Crone Corkill is seeking a dedicated professional to join our European HR Shared Services Team within a leading global technology organization. This position offers a hybrid working model, allowing for flexibility with three days in the office and two days working from home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Assist with HR administrative and operational tasks for the UK and Ireland, including:
    - Drafting contracts, amendments, and other necessary HR documentation.
    - Maintaining both physical and digital employee records and master data within the HR system.
    - Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires in the UK and Ireland.
    - Supporting employees with HR documentation, coordinating the preparation of documents, collecting signatures, and ensuring proper archiving.
  • Collaborate with payroll and benefits providers to assist with administration and enrollment processes.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR Shared Services processes and policies.
  • Provide support for HR administrative tasks across various EMEA countries.
  • Utilize ticketing systems to manage HR requests efficiently.
  • Prior experience in HR operations or a shared service model within the EMEA region is advantageous.

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Solid understanding of HR operations and administration within the UK and Ireland, including relevant legislation and requirements.
- Familiarity with MS Office applications (primarily Word, Excel, and Outlook) and HR systems, preferably SuccessFactors and/or Workday.
- A background in HR or commercial vocational training is essential; a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, or a related field is preferred.
