Your responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing all HR functions while ensuring effective communication with our Global Headquarters.
  • Managing the complete Employee Life Cycle process.
  • Ensuring adherence to local legal requirements.
  • Addressing HR inquiries, employment legislation, and company policies.
  • Leading recruitment initiatives and managing employee benefits.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and organizational documents.
  • Assisting with ad hoc requests from the Management Team.
  • Coordinating local procurement and facility management tasks.
  • Arranging IT support and managing the vehicle fleet.

Your qualifications:

  • Completion of Secondary Education in Business Administration or Human Resources.
  • Proven experience in HR and Office Management roles.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Success Factors, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with UK Labor Law and HR regulations.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Capability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
