Position Overview
As a Resource Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in understanding the requirements for resources to effectively organize both reactive and planned maintenance tasks. This position involves managing a broad geographical area and collaborating with various stakeholders, adapting to changing business needs on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize resource utilization by reviewing both reactive and scheduled maintenance, ensuring that work is assigned appropriately within a designated area to meet strict service level agreements (SLAs) and business objectives.
  • Maintain an accurate scheduling system, ensuring that tasks are allocated to technicians with the necessary skills.
  • Standard working hours are from 7 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday.
  • This role offers a hybrid working model, requiring a minimum of two days in the office.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a dynamic, customer-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Proficient in IT applications; familiarity with systems such as SAP, Click, and Excel is advantageous but not mandatory.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary ranging from £24,000 to £26,000 per annum, based on skills and experience.
  • Annual leave entitlement of 24 days, increasing to 28 days with length of service, in addition to public holidays.
