The Human Resources Coordinator, reporting to the HR Manager, plays a vital role within the Human Resources team across the UK and Europe. This position involves providing comprehensive support to the HR department throughout the employee lifecycle, encompassing various functions such as onboarding, visa administration, employee engagement, and offboarding processes. The ideal candidate for this role will be exceptionally organized, possess outstanding administrative and communication abilities, and thrive in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboarding: Facilitate the employee onboarding journey in collaboration with the HR Shared Services team, ensuring compliance with right to work regulations.
  • HR Support: Oversee the management of the HR team inbox, addressing inquiries and requests promptly.
  • Employee Relations: Offer initial guidance and assistance to managers regarding employee relations matters, including family leave, sickness absence, and performance management.
  • Payroll & Benefits Administration: Collaborate with the HR Shared Services and Finance teams to prepare the monthly payroll and benefits processes for the UK and European regions.
  • Cyclical HR Activities: Assist the HR team in executing cyclical HR functions such as goal setting, annual performance reviews, promotions, salary assessments, and recognition initiatives.
  • HR Projects: Engage in cross-functional HR projects as needed, contributing to the overall success of the HR strategy.
  • HR Policy Development: Aid the HR team in updating and monitoring HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current employment legislation and best practices.
  • Offboarding Process: Manage the offboarding procedures with support from the HR Shared Services team.
  • Global Mobility: Assist the Global Mobility Senior Manager in onboarding employees who are joining the UK team for short-term assignments.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources within a fast-paced technology or IT services environment is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, along with a keen attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong customer service orientation, exhibiting a proactive, positive, and action-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in providing HR support across diverse geographical regions is advantageous, or a willingness to learn.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • A Level or equivalent qualification in business studies (preferably with an HR focus) or psychology is desirable.
