About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team at Aura. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to exit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, ensuring an efficient HR process and contributing to the overall success and satisfaction of our employees.
  • Manage the HR and careers inbox, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Support the recruitment process, including coordinating interviews and onboarding new employees.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to identify and implement process improvements, enhancing the overall employee experience.
Requirements
  • Proven experience providing administrative support to a HR team, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using Sage HR is desirable.
  • Recruitment experience is essential.
