Job Description

LA International Computer Consultants Ltd is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to assist with HR administrative and operational processes for the UK and Ireland.

This role offers a hybrid working model, requiring a combination of remote work and onsite presence.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft contracts, amendments, letters, and other necessary HR documentation.
  • Manage both physical and electronic employee files and master data within the HR system.
  • Facilitate onboarding processes for employees in the UK and Ireland.
  • Assist employees with HR documentation, including coordination of document preparation, signature collection, and archiving.

Collaboration with Payroll and benefits providers is essential, along with support for administration and benefits enrollment.



Required Experience and Skills:

  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Solid understanding and experience in HR Operations/Administration within the UK and Ireland, including relevant legislation and requirements.
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications (primarily Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR systems, preferably Success Factors and/or Workday.
  • Previous experience with ticketing systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, efficiency-focused, and accurate in work.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
