A leading Audio / Visual Company is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to support the HR Team in all aspects of the employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support to ensure an efficient HR process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR Team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, adhering to strict confidentiality standards
- Utilize Sage HR software to manage HR processes and data
- Collaborate with the HR Team to develop and implement HR initiatives and policies
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably in HR
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Experience with Sage HR software is highly desirable
