Adecco is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at a prestigious university in Reading. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support across various areas, including day-to-day activities and projects that require attention at specific times of the year.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist the Scholarship Manager: Obtain progress reports from relevant tutors for sponsored international students and provide these reports to their sponsorship bodies, ensuring good relationships with these sponsors are maintained.
- Handle Enquiries: Handle day-to-day incoming enquiries to the sponsor admin inbox.
- Provide Administrative Support: Provide administrative support for the Scholarship Manager, including arranging bulk mailings, exhibition freight, and sending prospectuses to student enquirers.
- Support the Administration Team Leader: Assist the administration team leader and regional administrator with agent commission checks by following established procedures.
- Undertake Other Activities: Undertake any other activities required by the Head of GRTI to support the job and departmental aims.
Requirements:
- Good IT and Interpersonal Skills: Possess good IT and interpersonal skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
